Gingeroot a family run restaurant serving authentic food in a pleasant atmosphere. The family are happy to help and suggest techniques for eating the food authentically. The restaurant has wide spectrum of cliental from Asian locals (which is always a good sign) to soap stars and film stars. There are 3 different menus’ to choose from; Full, Lunch and Early bird menu. The appetisers are kebabs, samosa, onion bhaija and many more.. The main dishes are from traditional curry’s, spicy tandoori cooked tikka and house specialities like massalla.There is also fresh side or main vegetable dishes like sag allo and dal makhani , with a selection of nan or paratha and basmati rice. There is a nice selection of Indian desserts and ice creams.
