Hereford has some wonderful restaurants but not so much selection in them so when we were told they housed a truly special Thai restaurant we were curious. Turns out Simply Thai was indeed something to take note of and would work just about anywhere. If you are in Hereford you will know how hard it is to get good seafood and yet Simpy Thai manage very well here and produce some wonderful seafood dishes. Their stir fries, Thai curries and noodle dishes are equally fine examples of the concept. We have been in places with a wider vegetarian selection but they have some wonderful starters (including several mushroom based ones), a few specials and most of the main menu does have a vegetable option so our vegetarian group members were certainly not going to starve.

We did not get to try their lunch menu but it is hard to imagine the quality being any lower and the sorts of dishes on offer are popular all across Asia for a reason.

Service, cleanliness and setting were just fine as well.
